ASSISTANT MANAGER, CLIENT RELATIONS

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Client Relations Team with internal and external communication
  • To be the main point of contact internally and externally for all aspects related to the aircraft (with the exception of trip arrangement)
  • Review client satisfaction and help managers develop resolutions as issues arise, offer solutions in adverse situations, and educate the clients on aircraft ownership and cost efficiency
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients on aircraft usage/other pertinent information
  • Manage commercial projects as dictated by management


Job Requirements:

Education:

  • University Degree holder or above, preferably in Aviation Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of flight operations experience in aviation industry, with minimum of 2 years in business aviation
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Client Relations Executive

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Personal time management skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Intrinsically motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
