• Lead the daily Operations of the fleet and communications with the clients
  • Manage the process of aircraft additions to the HKJ fleet
  • Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
  • Review flight operational issues and provide solutions to management for continued enhancement to the client and flight crew experience
  • Manage commercial projects as dictated by management
  • Analyze department efficiency and develop systems and processes for stable growth and increased efficiency
  • Review client satisfaction and develop resolutions as issues arise, offer solutions in adverse situations, and educate the clients on aircraft ownership and cost efficiency




  • University Degree holder or above, preferably in Aviation Management



  • 6-8 years minimum relevant experience in aviation industry, with minimum of 5 years in business aviation in client relations and flight operations disciplines;
  • 3 years minimum of supervisory/management experience


Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Time management of flight operation set-up and implementation
  • Detail oriented and quick learner Computer Literate
  • Intrinsically motivated and pro-active
  • Knowledge of aviation, weather, flight planning and aviation programs
  • Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
