PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to the Senior Management.
- Organise Senior Management daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements in both business activities and personal matters etc.
- Coordinate events and meetings with the Senior Management, prepare meeting documents and logistics settings
- Travel with the Senior Management for business trips and arrange all related matters
- Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, maintain a filing system, and store confidential documents independently
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime and able to travel frequently
