PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to the Senior Management.
  • Organise Senior Management daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements in both business activities and personal matters etc.
  • Coordinate events and meetings with the Senior Management, prepare meeting documents and logistics settings
  • Travel with the Senior Management for business trips and arrange all related matters
  • Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, maintain a filing system, and store confidential documents independently
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
  • Flexibility to work overtime and able to travel frequently
