SENIOR SAFETY AND QUALITY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Identify safety issues on the line and propose solutions
- Conduct safety and quality audits and inspections
- Maintain and renew IS-BAO approvals
- Support the safety investigations
- Assess the company’s risks and hazards and propose mediating actions
- Evaluate, analyze flight safety data and advise on safety matters
- Compile and create safety and quality promotions materials
- Conduct relevant safety trainings for colleagues
- Facilitate SMS related SAG and SRB meetings
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate Degree holder or above in Business, Engineering, Aviation or related disciplines
- Completion of lead Safety and Quality Auditor Training; SMS and Human Factors Course
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in aviation safety and quality system with minimum 3 years’ experience of supervisory/ management
- Good understanding of the regulations and compliance of various NAA
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good computer Literate
- Naturally motivated and pro-active
- Able to work independently and/or work during unsocial hours as required
- Willing to travel
