• Identify safety issues on the line and propose solutions
  • Conduct safety and quality audits and inspections
  • Maintain and renew IS-BAO approvals
  • Support the safety investigations
  • Assess the company’s risks and hazards and propose mediating actions
  • Evaluate, analyze flight safety data and advise on safety matters
  • Compile and create safety and quality promotions materials
  • Conduct relevant safety trainings for colleagues
  • Facilitate SMS related SAG and SRB meetings
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Associate Degree holder or above in Business, Engineering, Aviation or related disciplines
  • Completion of lead Safety and Quality Auditor Training; SMS and Human Factors Course
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in aviation safety and quality system with minimum 3 years’ experience of supervisory/ management
  • Good understanding of the regulations and compliance of various NAA
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer Literate
  • Naturally motivated and pro-active
  • Able to work independently and/or work during unsocial hours as required
  • Willing to travel
