Hongkong Jet maintenance team has successfully accumulated 100,000 man-hours
Hongkong Jet is capable to perform maintenance services on various aircraft types with different registrations with a significant number of experienced engineers and ever-growing number of Part 145 Approvals. As an independent service provider for 11 years, our maintenance team has successfully accumulated 100,000 man-hours and served a great number of Asian clients including BAA, Sino Jet, Amber Aviation, Metrojet, TAG Aviation, VistaJet etc., which highlights clients’ recognition and trustfulness.
The COVID-19 pandemic leads to a new normal, demand of maintenance services for private jet has dropped significantly this year. But our maintenance team still remains committed to delivering clients the most professional and comprehensive services. We have completed several line and base checks throughout the year. In August, we have also completed an intensive 8C base check for a Gulfstream G550 aircraft with Chinese registration in Hong Kong. The aircraft was released in a timely manner after 45-day inspection with a prominent number of detailed and zonal checks.
Hongkong Jet maintenance team has also enhanced and upgraded the capabilities continuously. We have officially obtained a new maintenance approval from FAA for Textron Aviation Cessna 525C aircrafts this year. The new capability allows the team to provide up to 12M (MSG-3) maintenance check for Cessna aircrafts. In addition, we have also achieved a line & base maintenance capability upgrade to 20A / 16C / 192M for Gulfstream G550 aircrafts which is the highest level in Hong Kong.
